COVID-19 Updates

To our valued patients,

As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of the Coronavirus, we want to let you know that our office will remain open and continue to see patients as usual unless instructed to do otherwise. Your safety and our staff's health are our top priority. We will continue to sanitize our office daily, while taking extra precautions throughout the day. We have hand sanitizers at our front door, check in desk, check out desk and in each exam room.

We are asking our patients to please call the office to reschedule your appointment to a later date if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Cough
• Shortness of breath
• Cold or flu like symptoms
• Have traveled outside of the US or taken a cruise in the past 30 days
• Have been in contact with someone who has traveled outside the US or taken a cruise in the past 30 days or has tested positive to COVID-19
